3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share an unboxing video and clear photos for verification

After verification, we will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

4. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Any additional shipping costs, if applicable, must be borne by the customer

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
