We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact

- Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance / sale items (if applicable)

4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged/incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Share unboxing video/photos for verification
5. Refund Process
- Once return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method OR
- Store credit (if applicable)
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping may be:
- Free (if defect/our fault)
- Paid by customer (otherwise)
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
